LWC has partnered with Atlantic Technologies to create, optimise and digitise an automated workflow within their enquiry handling process that integrates with patient records.

The Project

London Women’s Clinic, active in the healthcare industry, provides fertility treatment to women and couples across England and Wales. Established in 1985 in Harley Street, they have since pioneered many of the routine techniques used to treat fertility today.

London Women’s Clinic chose the consultancy expertise of Atlantic Technologies’ using Salesforce solutions to accelerate their digital transformation. The requirement was to scope and implement a solution that automates the LWC patient enquiries process, integrating data to and from their EMR System IDEAS from Mellowood Medical.

The Outcome

With over 25 years of Salesforce CRM experience, Atlantic Technologies’ UK consultants began phase 1 which consisted of the Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation with a duration of 4 months with an extra month of support. Atlantic helped to identify key manual activities within the business process, management, reporting and integration. From this, Atlantic built a solution to advance, optimise and digitise the workflow. The overriding aspect across several areas of the business was the use of multiple systems and some manual processes. Atlantic implemented a solution that integrated the previously fragmented data sources into one single source of truth. Key benefits include ease of access and real-time data management.

Sales Cloud has allowed LWC to provide the management team with information in a single solution with improved insights and reports. The clarity of Salesforce dashboards enables the user to get a clear and concise measurement of activities.

LWC has since grown its business without the need to expand its operations, allowing for greater business insight across the board. They now work with automated workflows within their enquiry handling process that integrates with patient records.

The successful partnership between Atlantic and LWC has led to a new business objective to complete phase II integrating other business units onto the Salesforce CRM platform optimising their ‘One Company’ model approach. In addition to this, the plans are to introduce further digital functionality such as Marketing Automation to create further improved operational efficiencies and greater customer satisfaction.
