A place where I could put use to my deep understanding of enterprise software as well as filling a gap in the European market; a place where knowledgeable people and driven consultants could shine together gazing for the same horizon of success.
This is how I founded Atlantic Technologies. It was back in 1997, and I haven’t looked back since!
When we became an Oracle Gold partner, I started directing my attention to CRM solutions, and decided to partner with Salesforce in 2005. I also made the choice to offer one of the best tools for analytics and BI, Tableau. I am incredibly happy that we took this leap and am proud that we became a platinum Salesforce partner in 2015. Our long-lasting business relationships, hundreds of successfully completed projects, and hardworking team enable me to continuously drive our company forward, and to help our clients take their productivity, customer service, and sales to the next level.
Before I founded Atlantic Technologies, I worked at JD Edwards for 13 years, where I held several senior executive roles that took me from Denver to New York to Milan. I became Sibel Systems’
managing director for Southern Europe in 1995 and was also the VP of Applications at Oracle in 2005, helping the corporation merge PeopleSoft and JD Edwards.
I am originally from Argentina and received my master’s degree in international business from Columbia University in 1989. I am an adventurous traveller and love exploring northern Argentina’s mountains, as well as discovering the wonders of the Middle East. I am also an avid golfer and enjoy playing my way through the wonderful courses throughout Europe and the United States.

I’ve been with Atlantic Technologies for more than 20 years, working in different roles and participating in its growth and development. This has allowed me to grow professionally and move from my comfort zone into various areas, thus developing new skills and knowledge, such as Cloud Solutions and the latest in business technology.
I’m motivated in everything I do, even in my private life. I never say no to new experiences and this has led to many wonderful trips around the world with my family. My creativity and enjoyment in the kitchen have no limits. This is where my imagination “runs wild” and I relax and prepare delicious meals for my family and friends.
I joined Atlantic in 2001 and worked in the CRM Business Unit as a Business Analyst and then as a Project Manager. In early 2007 I began leading and growing the Salesforce Practice, with a strong collaborative group of colleagues.
During my experience in the ICT Consultancy, I have developed strong skills in Customer Relationship Management with particular focus on: CRM Cloud Solutions, Complex Project Management, Resource and Organization Management.
Over the years, we’ve supported many Italian and international companies in successfully adopting Salesforce and meeting their specific business needs. Atlantic reached the highest partnership tier just before 2010 and we have been Platinum Partners and a strong ally to Salesforce since then.
I’m very proud of this because we worked hard to attain this position.
I graduated at Politecnico di Milano in Management Engineering and had other previous experiences in consulting companies focused on BPR. Sport is an important part of my life and specifically running is one of my passions. I’ve been running since I was child, and still today I do enjoy participating in running events. I also like travelling around Italy and abroad, as well as sharing good food with dear friends.
Major Achievements include rollout and successful implementations on various customers in different market segments that include industrial, fashion & retail, engineering & construction, and chemical and pharma. I am in charge of running the Atlantic ERP Business Unit with more than 60 certified consultants. My team focus on implementations and design of Oracle Cloud ERP systems. I strive to offer innovative, end-to-end business management solutions for organizations of all sizes.

Prior to this role I was in charge of the Oracle E1 Project as a Project Manager and Industry Specialist in the Distribution and Manufacturing modules. Major Achievements include roll out and successful implementations on hundreds of multinational customers worldwide.
After completion of my BA in Economics at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, (Italy), I became a Chartered Accountant in Italy in 1993. In 2008 I took a CPIM qualification in Operations Management from APICS.
Since then I have never stopped working on projects and I could not love my job more!

I’ve been a part of the founding team since 1997 and we have worked to become leaders in international consulting and a cloud service broker developing enterprise business solutions for the optimization and integration of processes, applications and devices.

My past career experience includes a collaboration in writing an article for the International Scientific Journal “Optimization Methods and Software” and also for the book “La Gestione delle Scorte” published by Il Sole 24 Ore. I graduated in Information Science at the Università degli Studi di Salerno, (Italy).
I’m happily married with one beautiful daughter and I play tennis regularly with a group of great guys.
I am passionate about helping companies with major digital transformation initiatives that are based on business outcomes. I have over 15 years of experience in consulting and CRM, ten years of which have focused on the Salesforce ecosystem. Together with Fred Walker, I joined Atlantic Technologies in 2018 to grow a thriving practice of the best consultants in the UK, concentrating on quality and providing an outstanding customer experience.
Prior to Atlantic Technologies, I was an Associate Partner and Head of Customer Engagement for Bluewolf, an IBM Company in Europe, managing a team of ten Engagement Managers. I was responsible for pre-sales and program delivery success in the Commercial, Enterprise, and Strategic Sectors, with accountability for over £100MM+ in direct revenue and program success for IBM through our Salesforce practice.
Outside of work, I cherish my time with my amazing wife and two kids. I also love travelling, running, and skiing.
I am enthusiastic about continuously enhancing my skills and applying what I’ve learned to my role as Marketing Director at Atlantic Technologies. I keep my eye on the prize, and am particularly focused on team building, executing in style, and having fun, of course! I was born in the United States and spent the first half of my life there, spending time on both the east and west coasts. After finishing my degree in Journalism at the University of Colorado, I moved to Italy, and spent the first few years learning Italian, as well as eating and travelling my way around the beautiful country. Over the past 27 years, I have put down my roots in Milan, and carved out the heart and soul of my existence: my lovely family and friends.
I love spending time with my two wonderful sons, playing tennis, roaming through nature with my dog, shredding powder on the highest mountains, and exploring Italy’s stunning beaches. I also have a deep appreciation for architecture and fashion, and always enjoy meeting new people.
I’m a citizen of the digital era and ICT workplace! I’ve been working in the HR field for more than 10 years and I like to think of HR as a space where creativity and innovation seamlessly merge. Through communication and digital marketing, HR supports change through the involvement of its people, the core business of any company. My passion for neuropsychology and Human Resources evolve constantly with my positivity and curiosity.

As the HR Director, I like to think of myself as an ambassador for combining a humanistic and business culture that works harmoniously to support the goodwill of everyone. To get the results from your team, you need to set goals and instill a strong work ethic. Self-management and learning also play a distinctive role and here at Atlantic, we encourage this. Personally, I enjoy furthering my studies in marketing, finance, and of course, Human Resources.
I have been an active member of the Salesforce community for 7 years, specialising in sales and customer experience. I began my journey as an Account Manager for Cloudreach Limited, where I was the only Salesforce Account Manager and built up the practice from 0 to 30 consultants in 18 months. Most recently, I was an Account Executive and Client Advisor at Bluewolf, an IBM Company, and worked on a variety of global projects that spanned a broad range of business sectors.
I have also been part of Atlantic Technologies’ sales and marketing team in the past and am excited to return to the company as Sales Director of the UK. In the coming years, I am looking forward to building out the next top-tier Salesforce partner, focusing on customer and employee experience and measurable business outcomes.
In my free time, I enjoy following and playing cricket and tennis, attempting to cook elaborate meals, and failing, and eating and drinking my way through London.
I really enjoy working in the field of Managerial, Accounting and Process Projects. I began working at Atlantic Technologies in 2007 as the CFO after spending a decade building my career at Oracle, PeopleSoft, Sybase and Modcomp. I have been in Atlantic Technologies for over 13 years and I worked my way up until CFO.
Throughout my life, I worked as a Financial Controller Specialist for several companies such as Pliva Pharma Italia and PeopleSoft Italia/Oracle Italia. I was responsible for all ERP and SAP applications. Marcelo made a great impression on me when he first explained his vision for the business and therefore joining Atlantic was an easy decision. Over the years, I’ve accumulated experience in international medium sized companies operating in the informatics field coupled with Administration and Human Resource knowledge.
I love listening to music and have a passion for watching films and going to the theater. I enjoy reading romance novels.
My journey into CRM bagan in the late 1990’s working with Siebel and then moved to Salesforce CRM about 8 years ago.
My career started out as a salesperson selling tobacco products to retail businesses for Imperial Brands, the 4th largest tobacco manufacturer in the world, When Imperial Brands implemented sales force automation using Siebel in 2000 I was part of the Global design and delivery team and since then my career took a turning point into the world of CRM.
My career to date spans working for respected global system integrators Accenture, Capgemini and since Jan 2020 serving as Programme Director for Atlantic Technologies from the London base working with an incredibly talented team of Salesforce consultants and architects supported by our extensive team in Milan and offshore development team in India.
My speciality is within Consumer Products although I have significant experience deploying Salesforce solutions across multi sectors including Automotive, Utilities, Business Service, Health and Life Sciences and even pro bono work implementing Salesforce for ‘The Big Issue’ charity for the homeless.
Every day I thrive on the opportunity to work alongside our clients to help them seek out innovative ways to increase their return on investment from the Salesforce platform. Whether that’s a client that uses Salesforce or a client that is implementing Salesforce for the very first time, there are always opportunities to squeeze more value out of Salesforce. After all, engaged and happy customers are at the heart of every successful business.
I’ve also been a Fellow member of the Institute of Sales for over 15 years in recognition for the extensive experience and knowledge I’ve built up around Sales and Marketing.
In my spare time I enjoy hiking, spending time with my family and helping local charities maintain their website and marketing campaigns.
I entered the world of Salesforce seven years ago. I started at Bluewolf as a Consultant, after moving out of the London Insurance Market, and from there moved into project management and helped grow out the UK managed service practice. I partnered with a range of clients of differing sizes and spanning multiple industries that, in turn, exposed me to many facets of the Salesforce platform and wider ecosystem. My experience of implementing Salesforce has helped me develop a number of skills around CRM, programme and organisational management and customer engagement.
I joined Atlantic in 2018 to assist in building out the UK Salesforce practice, in a short time our client portfolio has grown and with that so has our very talented team. I am proud to work with a fantastic group of consultants and architects. They form the platform that enables us to succeed and therefore, our customers to succeed. They deliver on our customers business objectives and help them realise the potential of the platform, this is what makes Atlantic a trusted advisor.
Outside of work, I enjoy socialising with my family and friends, eating and drinking and try to do the odd bit of exercise when I can.
