In the first six months following the project live, Dr. Schär has already achieved a 40% increase in registered Club users in countries where the scheme is active, like Germany and the USA. In Germany, the average order value of registered users is 28% higher than guest users. The repeat purchase rate in the USA is 29%, compared to an average of 24.5% in food e-commerce.

Regarding marketing automation, by integrating the Loyalty platform with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, the company has also achieved a high level of customisation based on the behaviours and preferences of registered loyalty program users.

To date, Dr. Schär has defined eight customer journey types, creating a double benefit: on one hand, customers experience a personalised purchasing pathway; on the other hand, this reinforces the consumer-brand relationship, thus improving conversions.
