The programme of work included a major upgrade from Salesforce Classic to the new Lightning interface and consolidation of multiple CRM and support solutions inherited through acquisitions into a single Global Salesforce instance.
The programme of work Atlantic Technologies delivered covered migrating Salesforce Classic to Salesforce Lightning including redesigning and adding new functional elements to take advantage of the Salesforce Lightning interface.
The second phase of the programme tackled the multiple CRM and support ticketing systems that had been inherited through previous acquisitions. Each CRM system involved a meticulous data migration plan moving data from systems such as MS Dynamics and Zendesk, a functional gap and impact analysis across business processes and the development of new Salesforce functionality.
The benefits of the programme included business process harmonsation across the markets, a reduction in overall licence, maintenance and support costs, and a single view of customer data enabling sales and marketing to upsell and cross-sell across CPA Global portfolio of software products and services.
