They have been using the Salesforce platform since 2017 deploying their services among 29 offices in 4 continents (America, Europe, and Asia Pacific) and 12 countries. CPA needed a system able to leverage extensive offshore specialist resource pools as well as enabling specialist skills to be available when required (e.g. Python, SQL, Apex). As a leader in Intellectual Property software and tech-enabled services, CPA is an IT consultancy firm serving over 12,000 law firms and corporate customers every day, hence, the implementation of Salesforce was a vital add-on.
The goal was to commission MS Dynamics and Zendesk and bring Infographic CRM data and processes under the CPA Global Salesforce platform.
Our solution was applied to 12 Countries. The decommission of MS Dynamics and Zendesk lead to lower license and maintenance costs. Salesforce also enabled the harmonisation of processes and a single view of CRM data for the IT consultancy firm. The perfected global processes and governance created by Salesforce, opened the ability for CPA to upsell, cross sell and market across the portfolio of software products and services. The project scope was to migrate data from the MS Dynamics customer relationship management, to CPA’s Global Salesforce system, including moving cases from Zendesk.
