Bucci Industries is a manufacturing company active in automation and industrial robotics. They also have important brands in their group: Iemca, Giuliani, Sinteco and Vire.
Bucci’s objectives have been to accelerate processes to seize new business opportunities, understand customer needs to better serve them, and operate in an integrated business logic: Bucci Industries has strategically invested in Salesforce CRM and the world’s leading integration platform, Mulesoft.
Thanks to Atlantic Technologies’ proven experience in the manufacturing industry and its consultancy skills in digital transformation, the company chose Atlantic to advise and accompany them on an entire multi-cloud innovation path. The results have been positive.
The Results
Bucci Industries has adopted the Salesforce CRM suite, namely Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud. The immediate benefits they achieved are data access in real-time, a shared company vision of the customer, and a strong synergy between the sales, marketing, and after-sales departments.
A further advantage in the transformation process was the integration between Salesforce CRM, Bucci’s ERP system, and other various software systems. In fact, Mulesoft Anypoint Platform allowed teams to synchronize data effectively and improve operational efficiency.
In addition to the new technologies, Atlantic implemented change management that involved all of the organization’s users. The methodical approach and training by Atlantic were executed and received high marks from Bucci.
