The Project 

Gruppo Bossoni is an Italian excellence in the automotive and dealer sector, represents 21 brands and has over 30 years of experience working in direct sales and vehicle assistance (cars, industrial and commercial vehicles). It is also specialised in the supply of spare parts, equipment and services including loans, rentals, and insurance.

The objective of Gruppo Bossoni Automobili is to pursue customer centrality through knowledge of differentiated expectations and needs without neglecting the continuous evolution of technological solutions offer and financial and insurance services. As a result, efficiency has become an indispensable element of business success. Another important objective concerned the roll-out of the CRM project and the adoption of the solutions in all the group’s companies.

The Outcome

The platform configured for Bossoni has significantly increased efficiency in sales and customer service with a clear reduction in information management costs. The company noted a 10% increase in conversion rates and a 14% increase in on-site appointments – percentages that are constantly growing.  Atlantic helped the Group to develop a culture of change and to involve a total of 400 users.

The Salesforce platform is used by 331 salespeople, 85 managers and 61 specialists from the BDC – Business Development Center in 44 locations. The next step will be to leverage the power of Salesforce Einstein to prioritize lead management, monitor budget and profit margins.
