The project

Vulcaflex is an Italian multinational company specializing in the production of synthetic and vegan upholstery materials for automotive interiors, having 500 employees and a turnover of about 160 million Euros.

After production was digitalized, Vulcaflex deemed it necessary to innovate business and organizational processes. Their goal was to create an integrated ecosystem that would smooth the flow of information, enhance collaboration among teams, and promote a corporate culture open to change.

Vulcaflex embarked on a strategic project called Integrated System for Innovation (ISI), adopting Microsoft Power Platform to support R&D processes, thanks to the support of Atlantic Technologies.
