The project
Modula, a leading manufacturer of automated vertical warehouses, has chosen Atlantic Technologies for its digital transformation journey.
With a global presence that includes three manufacturing plants in Italy, the United States, and China, twelve sales subsidiaries, and more than 1,100 employees, its main objective was to have a modern, scalable platform, accessible from all international locations and support business growth and innovation.
Modula has focused on creating an integrated multicloud environment to unify marketing, sales and service processes into a single 360-degree view of the client, enhanced by intelligent use of data. The first phase of the implementation of Salesforce’s Customer 360 platform involved the manufacturing plants in Italy and the United States. The roadmap involves the global expansion of the project to include commercial subsidiaries and the production site in China.
The benefits
Working with Atlantic Technologies has brought Modula many benefits:
· Traceable Customer Journey: greater visibility into the stages of customer interaction, from lead generation to sale.
· Increased operational efficiency: smoother and more collaborative processes among sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
· Accessible data: more intuitive and up-to-date reports and dashboards to support more informed decisions.
· A scalable and global approach: the strategy is designed to accompany Modula in its international growth, ensuring consistency and continuity in all markets.
In addition, with a roadmap to AI, Modula is designing its first use cases based on Agentforce. Two pilot projects are being launched – one in Sales and the other in Customer Service – with the aim of making processes more proactive, intelligent, and able to anticipate customer needs.
