Cerve Group: a data-driven digitization process with Atlantic Technologies and Tableau Software

The Project

Cerve Group is a world leader in the production and sale of decorative glassware for the home and kitchen. With over 600 employees and 6 factories, they process over 4 million pieces of glass a day. The group has more than 80 decoration and production lines and they also produce decorative glass for third-party companies.

Cerve’s goal was to be able to access real-time information to monitor the achievement of business objectives. In particular, the Group needed a powerful self-service analytics tool in order to improve production analytics and thereby increase customer satisfaction.

Atlantic Technologies’ competence in analytics and consolidated experience with Tableau Software, proved to be the ideal partner to accompany Cerve in its data-driven transformation path.

The Results

Upon the implementation of Tableau Software, Cerve experienced data processing speed, an intuitive way of interacting and sharing information and appreciated the solution simulation capabilities.

Tableau allows Cerve to quickly analyze data from ERP in an integrated way, receive advanced reporting, sophisticated and high-impact dashboards and accurate forecasts to make quick and efficient decisions.
