The passion for technology has always pervaded me, since my first studies; applying the latest technology to transform the way we live and work is fun and has become also a profession.

Currently, I am Executive Vice President of Engineering, focusing on the Digital Offering of the Group and CEO of Atlantic Technologies.

I’ve an extensive experience in strategy deployment, change management and performance turnaround gained over the years during senior roles in different sized businesses, including startups and private equity backed companies.

One of my most vivid professional memories will forever remain the “creation” of CheBanca!, that I founded from scratch, and here in Atlantic Technologies I’ve found the same great energy and enthusiasm.

I received my master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Padua University, graduating with honours in 1998.

I love cycling and climbing mountains, which are my way to recharge my batteries.

I have always been involved with technology, I am a fan of innovation and passionate about the potential of digital for growing businesses and creating incredible experiences for people.

I have gained significant experience in the ICT field in large national and international companies in various industrial sectors: Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Banking & Finance, and Information Technology. I coordinated complex Digital Transformation programs and managed the implementation of CRM and Billing technologies.

I worked for several years as a consultant in major companies in the manufacturing sector. For 15 years I was IT Director and Head of Transformation Programmes at Vodafone, both in Italy and abroad. I later held the position of CIO at major banking groups such as ICCREA, BNP Paribas and BNP Paribas Factoring. Before joining Atlantic Technologies as General Manager, I was Executive Director of the Engineering Group.

I graduated in Computer Engineering with a specialisation in Automation and Industrial Robotics at the Politecnico di Milano and I later obtained an Executive MBA in Strategic Management of Digital Innovation at the MIP Business School of the Politecnico di Milano.

The best words to describe me are stamina and determination!

My aim is to support #AtlanticPeople and its customers in the growth and adoption of innovative technology. I’m passionate in my field and sensitive to my customer’s needs, stimulating the best paths of digital transformation in the 21st century.

I move forward with ambition, excellence, leadership, goals, and giving attention to best practices. I oversee Atlantic’s sales and marketing strategies, and I closely collaborate with our management team to stay focused on innovation, investment, budget and P&L. I’m also responsible for taking care of our Italian technology partnerships, namely Salesforce, Oracle, Infor and Tableau.

I’ve been with Atlantic Technologies for more than 20 years, working in different roles and participating in its growth and development. This has allowed me to grow professionally and move from my comfort zone into various areas, thus developing new skills and knowledge, such as Cloud Solutions and the latest in business technology.  

I’m motivated in everything I do, even in my private life. I never say no to new experiences and this has led to many wonderful trips around the world with my family. My creativity and enjoyment in the kitchen have no limits. This is where my imagination “runs wild” and I relax and prepare delicious meals for my family and friends.

I joined Atlantic in 2001 and worked in the CRM Business Unit as a Business Analyst and then as a Project Manager. In early 2007 I began leading and growing the Salesforce Practice, with a strong collaborative group of colleagues.

During my experience in the ICT Consultancy, I have developed strong skills in Customer Relationship Management with particular focus on: CRM Cloud Solutions, Complex Project Management, Resource and Organization Management.

Over the years, we’ve supported many Italian and international companies in successfully adopting Salesforce and meeting their specific business needs. Atlantic reached the highest partnership tier just before 2010 and we have been Platinum Partners and a strong ally to Salesforce since then.

I’m very proud of this because we worked hard to attain this position.

I graduated at Politecnico di Milano in Management Engineering and had other previous experiences in consulting companies focused on BPR. Sport is an important part of my life and specifically running is one of my passions. I’ve been running since I was child, and still today I do enjoy participating in running events. I also like travelling around Italy and abroad, as well as sharing good food with dear friends.

Major Achievements include rollout and successful implementations on various customers in different market segments that include industrial, fashion & retail, engineering & construction, and chemical and pharma. I am in charge of running the Atlantic ERP Business Unit with more than 60 certified consultants. My team focus on implementations and design of Oracle Cloud ERP systems. I strive to offer innovative, end-to-end business management solutions for organizations of all sizes.

VP ERP Cloud Solutions and Industry Specialist on Advanced Manufacturing modules. Major goals include specialized consulting and pre-sales activity.

Prior to this role I was in charge of the Oracle E1 Project as a Project Manager and Industry Specialist in the Distribution and Manufacturing modules. Major Achievements include roll out and successful implementations on hundreds of multinational customers worldwide.

After completion of my BA in Economics at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, (Italy), I became a Chartered Accountant in Italy in 1993. In 2008 I took a CPIM qualification in Operations Management from APICS.

Since then I have never stopped working on projects and I could not love my job more!

Why did I choose Atlantic? Passion, Innovation, and Global Direction. These 3 things sum up why I work for Atlantic and it allows me to lead a team that is collaborative and working on the latest concepts in Big Data, Digital Analytics, Internet of Things and Cloud technology. I’ve been a part of the founding team since 1997 and we have worked to become leaders in international consulting and a cloud service broker developing enterprise business solutions for the optimization and integration of processes, applications and devices.

Atlantic’s vision and product solutions are aligned with a free thinking approach that allow us to solve customer business needs in different vertical markets.

My responsibilities include: Managing large System Integration projects with many service and vendor providers involved as well as creating strategic alliances for new solutions and new offerings to our customers.

My past career experience includes a collaboration in writing an article for the International Scientific Journal “Optimization Methods and Software” and also for the book “La Gestione delle Scorte” published by Il Sole 24 Ore. I graduated in Information Science at the Università degli Studi di Salerno, (Italy).

I’m happily married with one beautiful daughter and I play tennis regularly with a group of great guys.
