Oracle JD Edwards and Infor EAM for Manufacturing

Lucart chose Atlantic Technologies for its solid experience in implementing Oracle JD Edwards and Infor EAM for the Manufacturing sector.
The company has adopted Oracle ERP solution to improve processes in the Finance, Procurement and Production area.
In addition, the Enterprise Asset Management solution by Infor was the reference technology chosen to digitize maintenance management and standardize maintenance processes in a single system that can be extended to all Group plants.

Infor EAM: The only platform that can manage internal maintenance processes

Atlantic Technologies consultancy and the adoption of Infor EAM has made it possible to improve the performance of assets in the company and to obtain a predictive approach in maintenance management. The process is now unified, the solution offers a single centralized view of the warehouses with real-time inventory verification.

In each facility, there was a tendency to follow procedures dictated by the experience of the people employed, rather than based on diagnostic tools. The information relating to the actual state of the factories arriving centrally from the various silos was, as can be guessed, fragmented and inhomogeneous. So not very usable.”

Alessandro Pistelli, IT Business System Manager | Lucart

Atlantic Technologies developed for Lucart a single approach to maintenance, more advanced than all those existing in the various branches and – more importantly – shared. The data flows collected to take advantage of Data Analytics were standardized and greater efficiency was achieved, not only with respect to intervention on failures, but also in terms of Predictive Maintenance. The implementation of the new system has improved the user experience, offering tools to support operational activities in contexts where computer literacy is generally low.
The Group has effectively enhanced their operational efficiency of maintenance, purchasing and production teams and fostered proactive collaboration between the stakeholders involved.
The maintenance technicians were won over by the Infor EAM solution thanks to the mobile friendly features that allow them to manage activities in the field with extreme simplicity and effectiveness.

The project was presented at Infor Customer Day 2019.
