Autostar chooses a customer-centric strategy with Salesforce

The multi-brand dealership chooses a customer-centric strategy to listen to the customer’s needs. With Atlantic Technologies, in 2016 it faced an important strategic step: the adoption of Salesforce. In 2017, during the Automotive Dealer Day, the company was awarded the ‘Management Innovation Award’. This recognition was given for the innovation made in the organizational structure, business models, analysis tools and processes.

Salesforce solution for Car Dealers

Luca Villotta, the Company’s Chief Technical & Digital Officer, spoke during the first edition of the Salesforce Ducati Day dedicated to Car Dealers and Dealers. Luca illustrated the advantages of the solution, making available Autostar’s KPIs achieved thanks to the Digital Transformation process.
